Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to hygiene and safety all sales are final. The only exception is if you receive the wrong item. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detail photos.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your details before checkout.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

Processing: 1–3 business days, weekends and holidays excluded.

Domestic shipping: 3–7business days after processing

International shipping: 7–21 business days after processing
Custom wigs may take longer to prepare.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.

Do you offer custom wigs?

Yes! We create custom hand sewn wigs and units made to your measurements and preferences. Please note that all custom wigs are non-refundable.
